Powered by a 999cc liquid-cooled, DOHC parallel twin engine, the RMAX4 1000 XT-R Compact produces strong, responsive power with smooth delivery across the rev range. The advanced D-Mode system offers three selectable drive modes—Sport, Trail, and Crawl—allowing riders to tailor throttle response and performance to suit varying terrain conditions.

Yamaha’s Ultramatic® transmission system ensures smooth and durable power transfer, featuring a centrifugal clutch design that reduces wear and provides consistent engine braking for enhanced control. The On-Command® drivetrain allows seamless switching between 2WD, 4WD, and full differential lock, delivering maximum traction and adaptability in challenging environments.
